Co-sell materials

Your super-power statement and one-pager for AWS sellers, how Skematic drafts them, and how you edit and approve them.

What they're for

AWS sellers decide quickly whether to bring a partner into an account. Two short texts help them:

  • Super-power statement: one to three sentences a seller can repeat to a customer: who you help, the problem you solve, the result, and how it runs on AWS.
  • One-pager: a page for AWS sellers: who it's for, the problems you solve, how it works on AWS, results, why it's good for AWS, when to bring you in, and how to reach you.

Both are a step of the ISV Accelerate playbook. Open them from Co-sell → Co-sell materials in Skematic, or ask your AI assistant.

How Skematic drafts them

Press Draft them for me, or ask your AI assistant. Skematic writes both in about a minute, from what you've confirmed in your company profile: your summary, customers, use cases, the problems you solve, results, AWS services and Marketplace listing.

  • It only uses what your profile says. It never makes up customers, numbers, results or AWS services, and never says anything your profile lists under "what not to claim".
  • Where a section needs something your profile doesn't have, the draft leaves a placeholder in [square brackets], such as "[Add a customer result]".
  • Skematic lists what was missing. Add it to your company profile and draft again, or fill in the brackets yourself.
  • "How to engage" always ends with a placeholder for your alliance contact.

Your profile needs to be confirmed first: Skematic won't draft from an empty one.

Editing and approving

Each text can be edited, copied, saved as a draft or approved. The one-pager is in Markdown: switch between Edit and Preview to see how it reads.

When both are approved, the playbook step is done. You can take an approval back with Back to draft.

Draft again writes new drafts from your profile. They replace the current texts, approved ones too, so Skematic asks first.

Members, managers and owners can draft, edit and approve. Viewers can read them.
